Visiting FBC Rome To Our GuestsThank you for joining us in worship; we are glad you have chosen to visit with us. We want you to feel comfortable, so here is some information about our worship and programs which you may find helpful. What to Expect in Worship1. How we recognize guests. There is a time in our worship service when we will welcome you; we will not, however, ask you to stand, raise your hand, or do anything which makes you feel awkward. We would like to know you were here, however. In your order of worship, you will find a card entitled "First Guest". Please fill out the card and place it in the offering plate or hand it to an usher as you leave. 2. When to stand. To assist you in anticipating these times, we have marked them in the order of worship with an asterisk. 3. Moments with Children. At this time, all children ages four through sixth grade are invited to come forward. Children ages four through second grade will leave for Children's Worship after Moments with Children. Older children should return to their seats. Parents should pick up their children on the second floor of the Education Building after worship. 4. Faith Development. Parts of the service marked with a cross have been identified by our ministerial staff as items that are particularly important in the faith development of our children and are included in our book "The Blueprint for Foundational Building Blocks of Faith." All church members, regardless of age, are encouraged to study and learn these items. For a free copy of the book or for more information, contact Priscilla Tunnell.
